Need help deciding on what to drink at our no corkage wedding venue?

When it comes to wedding drinks, there are many options to choose from. Wine, beer, and cocktails are all popular choices, but what is the best option for your big day? Fear not, here’s a list of the most popular drinks we see at our barn wedding venue:

Our 8 most popular No-corkage Wedding Drinks:

Champagne

Champagne is a classic wedding drink and for good reason! It is light, refreshing, and perfect for toasting. Plus, there are many options to choose from when it comes to champagne. You can go with a sweet or dry option, or even add fruit juices to make your own unique champagne cocktail!

Prosecco

Prosecco is a great alternative to champagne if you are looking for something a little less expensive. It is also light and refreshing, making it a perfect choice for your wedding day. We recommend serving prosecco as a cocktail with fruit juices or in a mimosa! Alternatively, you can also opt for a prosecco bar where guests can create their own custom drinks.

Gin Cocktails

Gin cocktails are perfect for a barn wedding! They are refreshing, flavorful, and can be made to fit any wedding theme. We recommend serving gin cocktails in mason jars or glasses with fun straws for a rustic look. Alternatively, you can get creative with your garnishes and serve them in martini glasses for a more sophisticated look.

If you are having a summer wedding, we recommend a refreshing gin and tonic or a cucumber gin martini, whereas, for a winter wedding, a spiced gin cocktail would be perfect!

Wine

Wine is another popular choice for wedding drinks. Red wine is a great option for winter weddings, while white wine is perfect for summer nuptials. There are also many rose and sparkling wines to choose from, so you can find the perfect option for your big day!

We recommend bringing a couple of different wine options so that your guests can find the perfect drink to suit their tastes.

Beer

Beer is another popular choice for wedding drinks, especially if you are having a more laid-back or rustic wedding. There are many great craft beers to choose from these days, so you can find the perfect one to fit your wedding theme. If you are having a summer wedding, we recommend serving beer on ice to keep it nice and cold for your guests!

PIMMS

Pimms is a barn favourite at Bredenbury Court Barns! Pimms is light, refreshing and perfect for a summer’s day. It can be served with lemonade or ginger ale and is garnished with fruit and cucumber.

The best part?
We will even provide the fruit!

Whiskey

Whiskey is a great choice for a winter wedding! It is perfect for serving neat or on the rocks, and can also be used to make cocktails. If you are having a more formal wedding, we recommend serving whiskey neat or with a splash of water. However, if you are looking for something a little more fun, you can make whiskey cocktails!

Aperol Spritz

The Aperol Spritz is a classic Italian cocktail that is perfect for summer weddings.

It is made with Aperol, prosecco, and soda water. Garnish with an orange slice and you’re good to go!

No matter what drink options you choose for your wedding, be sure to have something for everyone! This way, all of your guests will be able to enjoy themselves and celebrate your big day. Cheers!
